Southwest Florida Summit

2025 Southwest Florida
Resiliency Summit

September 16 & 17, 2025

2021 Southwest Florida Climate Summit

Postponed to be bigger and better than ever!

The fifth annual 2025 Southwest Florida Resiliency Summit has been postponed to coincide with the statewide Florida Resiliency Conference being held this year in Port Charlotte, FL. The Summit, now planned for September 16 & 17, 2025, is a regional public event where the public, local scientists, land managers, policymakers, and resource users to come together to share the latest regional science, hurricane impacts and recovery information, and how to further address challenges impacting Central and Southwest Florida.

The Florida Resiliency Conference is an annual professional conference hosted by Resiliency Florida and the Florida Shore and Beach Preservation Association that is open to the public, where industries providing the latest resiliency technologies and materials come together with government to showcase a variety of state-wide resiliency initiatives. This event is planned for September 17-19, 2025, to be held at Sunseeker Resort (5500 Sunseeker Way, Punta Gorda, FL 33980).

Having these two events held in tandem will give the opportunity for interested participants to attend both events, gleaning greater knowledge on how we can further resiliency both in our region and statewide. We hope you save the dates September 16-19th to plan to join us for both events!

Recorded presentations are available on the CHNEP YouTube channel with links to all resources below as well.
