CHNEP

The Charlotte Harbor National Estuary Program unites government agencies with industry, concerned citizens and others in the Charlotte Harbor watershed to reach agreement on the most pressing problems to maintaining a healthy environment and on methods for solving those problems.

The CHNEP is pleased to provide several resources free of charge that will provide you with information to help become part of the solution. As technology has changed and partnerships developed, the CHNEP has changed how many of these resources are made available. Because of their size, a few resources had only been available only on DVD. These are now available for download. Materials produced by and for the CHNEP are available on this website. As documents are approved by the CHNEP Management Conference, they are often featured in Harbor Happenings. All the publications are available as PDF files on this website. To learn more about the types of resources the CHNEP provides, visit our News page. You can also use the search engine provided at the top of each page to find resources of interest to you.

To open PDF files you need the free software Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Select posters and the Adventures of Charlotte Harbor Watershed are available for a donation from the Friends of Charlotte Harbor, Inc. Update: Due to staff and budget cuts, the posters are now only avaiable for pickup from the CHNEP.

The calendars are mailed to subscribers of the newsletter Harbor Happenings (who subscribe before Sept. 14) and are available for pick up at locations throughout the seven counties that participate in the CHNEP. If the deadline is missed, calendars can also be mailed with a donation to the Friends of Charlotte Harbor, Inc.

The form is not yet functioning. Until it is fixed, please copy the form into an email message, complete it then send to mhilgendorf@swfrpc.org.

NOTE: If your subscription is received by Sept. 14, you will also be mailed next year's calendar.
