Citizens Advisory Committee: The CAC begins each meeting at 9:30 with networking. The meeting itself begins at 10 a.m. and often concludes by 12:30 p.m.

NOTE: The TAC meetings were originally scheduled to be held on Thursday but meeting days were changed to Wednesday, the day before the initial date, by the TAC on October 13, 2011. The TAC often meets from 9 to 3.
