These dates are tentative. As meeting details, including location and agenda packets, are known, they'll be linked to each meeting date.
As of May 2007 some information may also be available on the CHNEP FTP site; however, these files are not kept on this site for long term.
Dates for meetings held in 2008 have been selected.
The Management Conference is updating the program's Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan. The last draft distributed is dated October 23 and is available for download both on this site (linked above) and on the FTP site (see above).

Wednesday, September 5, 2007 (changed from September 19): This is not a regular meeting of the CAC but is a workshop devoted to two tasks: further development of the CHNEP 2008 calendar and review of the CHNEP video "Neighbor-to-Neighbor Florida-friendly yards. The workshop will begin at 10:00 and is expected to end at approximately 1:00 and will be held at the Southwest Florida Regional Planning Council in Fort Myers.

Wednesday, July 11, 2007 from 9:00 to noon at Snook Haven (off River Rd in Englewood). The forum will include a series of presentations and discussions on CHNEP projects including the historic hydrologic subbasin map, coastal benthic map (1950s seagrass map), pre-development vegetation map for the upper Peace River, CDOM workshop results and an update to the Harvey Harpers stormwater treatment methodologies. We’d like to get the scientific community’s input into the methods for the CHNEP projects at this venue. An optional canoe/kayak trip on the Myakka River will be offered follow the forum. Due to staff schedules, this agenda packet will only be available from the program FTP site.
