Objectives of these workshops are to:
Describe what is known about the ecological functions of restored / created submerged habitat and habitat enhancement in estuaries.
Evaluate effectiveness and cost / benefits of in-bay habitat restoration methods.
Identify and prioritize issues remaining to be addressed.

Peer-reviewed proceedings will be prepared following the Seagrass Workshop. A compilation of PowerPoint presentations on CD will be prepared following the 2-day Submerged Aquatic Habitat Workshop.
