Please respond by August 8, 2006 so that you will be included in the early promotional material. Sponsors will be accepted at any time but the final deadline for exhibitors will be September 22, 2006, space permitting.

STEP 1: Copy the Sponsor Registration Form (this page) into an email message to lori@eventfulinc.com then complete the form by filling in each line. Once the message is sent, please print out the message to include with a check. (If you complete the form on this web page, it likely will not be received.)

STEP 2: Make your check payable to the Charlotte Harbor Nature Festival. (Thank you!)

STEP 3: Mail one of the two completed registration forms with a check to Charlotte Harbor Nature Festival, c/o SWFRPC, 1926 Victoria Avenue, Ft. Myers, FL 33901.

The fiscal agent for the seventh annual Charlotte Harbor Nature Festival is the Southwest Florida Regional Planning Council, a 501 (c) 3 nonprofit organization. Our Federal tax identification number is 59-1515448. We do not engage a professional solicitor and 100% of the funds generated by this request will be used to support this or future Charlotte Harbor Nature Festivals. Our consumer certificate of exception as issued by the Florida Department of Revenue is 46-07-113386-53C. Unfortunately we are not able to accept credit cards.

All levels of sponsorship include booth space, one table and two chairs. If you don't complete the exhibitor registration form then it is our understanding that you will not be exhibited at the festival. All exhibitors must relate to natural environment of Southwest Florida. If you plan to also exhibit at the festival, please complete the following:

1) Exhibitors may exhibit in more than one area. Please indicate which area(s) you wish to exhibit. You will be contacted by those who are organizing each area to confirm your participation.
