Charlotte Harbor National Estuary Program invites you to celebrate the adoption of the updated Comprehensive Conservation and Management Plan 2008 Update (CCMP).

The CHNEP is a partnership working to protect the natural environment from Venice to Bonita Springs to Winter Haven. The partnership works as an advocate for the 4,700-square-mile estuarine system by building consensus that is based on sound science. The CCMP identifies the common environmental issues that affect the health of the
environment and actions to solve them.

Directions to Laishley Park from I-75: Exit 164 SR 17/Marion Avenue. Travel west approximately a mile on Marion Avenue to Nesbit Street. Turn right on Nesbit and travel approximately two blocks to park, which is located on Charlotte Harbor. NOTE: If you pass Nesbit then turn right on US 41 and make first right. If you go over the bridge, you've gone too far.

Join us for the Charlotte Harbor Watershed Summit on March 25–27 at Edison College in Charlotte County. The summit is an important step in the NEP process to discuss issues and research affecting the greater Charlotte Harbor watershed from Venice to Bonita Springs to Winter Haven.
